Best Fit Consulting, on behalf of a Leading Group in the Energy Sector, is seeking:

SAP Analyst (PM/PS/SM)

The role will contribute to the effective operation and continuous improvement of the Group’s SAP environment, translating business needs into reliable system solutions and supporting SAP applications across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate business requirements and assess their impact on existing systems.

  • Translate user needs into clear functional and technical specifications.

  • Review and support system modifications and new implementations.

  • Coordinate application development, testing, installation and deployment activities.

  • Troubleshoot issues and support upgrades across the SAP environment

  • Prepare technical documentation, reports and user manuals.

  • Communicate system changes across the business and support user training.

  • Ensure the integrity and effective operation of the Group’s ERP solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.

  • At least 3 years of experience as a SAP Analyst working with the PM, PS and SM modules.

  • Experience with SAP R/3, ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.

  • Previous experience within a manufacturing environmenτ.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English.

  • Attention to detail, adaptability and a collaborative mindset.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
